Refunds & Returns
At ZIGGY, we want you to love your space — and your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for our homeware products.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it, provided that:
- The item is in unused, undamaged, and saleable condition.
- It’s returned in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and inserts intact.
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We unfortunately cannot accept returns on:
- Products that have been used, assembled, or altered.
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect.
- Clearance or sale items marked “final sale”.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at info@ziggyhome.co.za with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund based on the situation and product availability.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at info@ziggyhome.co.za.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions, including the return address or courier collection details.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect item, defect, or damage), ZIGGY will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for return courier fees.
6. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect, depending on your bank.
7. Exchanges
Since our products don’t come in different sizes or variants, we don’t offer product-for-product exchanges. If you’d like something else, please follow the return process and place a new order.
8. Consumer Protection Compliance
This policy aligns with South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act (CPA), ensuring your right to fair returns and transparent service.
