Shipping & Delivery
At ZIGGY, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery timelines, and costs.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa. If you’re outside of South Africa and would like to place an order, please contact us to see if special arrangements can be made.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:
- Main centres: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Outlying/rural areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to courier availability, holidays, load shedding, or other unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order.
- Standard delivery fee: R75
- Free shipping: Available on orders over R750
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
5. Delivery Process
- Orders are delivered via trusted courier partners (e.g. The Courier Guy, PUDO, Aramex).
- Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, during business hours.
- Someone must be available to sign for the package at the delivery address. If no one is available, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you.
6. Delays or Issues
While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, delays can happen. We’ll keep you updated if we’re aware of any significant delays.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address details, you may be responsible for the re-delivery cost.
8. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify the courier on receipt and contact us within 48 hours. Include photos of the parcel and contents so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Collection is available during business hours once your “Ready for Pickup” email has been received.
